TEXTILE MACHINERY
In textile machinery we produce the customized jigger as AT and also HT for woven fabrics from 20g/m like silk and up to 1000g/m like velvet, polyamide, polyester, cotton and their blends, also technical textiles are possible on our jigger.
With the background to make our contribution to a less polluted environment by designing the jigger as the customer and the article requires, accordingly we save important resources such as water with up to 70% and work with liquor ratios of 1: 0.5.
Added to this are the savings in steam required for heating and water for cooling and the reduced need for textile auxiliaries / chemicals.
Also the strongly risen and constantly rising energy costs, you can counteract with our machine, our specially designed electric direct drives have a very low power consumption and are low maintenance, the whole thing we can expand with our IOT so that you can display the consumption on your cell phone. Laboratory equipment or automation with robots for various processes is one of our strengths.

We are experts in automation technology, robotics as well as autonomous automation technology in the entire value chain of our customers. For them, we plan, develop and implement highly scalable, operator- and service-friendly systems wherever they are needed in the world. AUTOMATION
Intelligent machine concepts, the focus always on the continuously increasing customer requirements for process automation as well as the minimization of life cycle costs are our core competences in the field of automation. BENDING TECHNOLOGY
In our bending technology division, we bring steel into the desired shape with our precision machines and punching tools.
Combining traditional bending technology with the latest construction techniques, we develop the exact solution of the highest quality from a variation of standard and special bending techniques for our customers all over the world.
Engineering
ENILUTION is our engineering competence center within the Wichelhaus Group. In contrast to classic design and development companies, ENILUTION is a service provider that can offer all process steps from the first rough idea to hall planning to the complete manufacturing concept. Thus, we accompany our customers from many industries worldwide in a holistic approach. For the plant operator, we thus create a high degree of transparency regarding the economic efficiency of his project.
DIGITALIZATION IoT
Many of our customers come to us with the realization that they want to know significantly more about the status of their manufacturing and assembly in real time than they have been able to. After all, in today's "just in time" production, reducing latency in the event of a machine malfunction is a critical success factor. We can professionally accompany them on their way to Industry 4.0 and refine their "Big Data" into "Smart Data". This helps our customers to generate knowledge from data.
Service Partner
As a partner of Otto Suhner GmbH, we support customers in the service and maintenance of units from the Suhner Group. With our trained personnel and a spare parts warehouse in Solingen, we offer a fast and professional repair and maintenance service with short response times.
